Dan Brown was wrong!

What a shock!
For those of you who don't know who Dan Brown is, perhaps you've heard of his exercise in lunatic ahistoricity, The Da Vinci Code.
For those of you who don't get it even after reading the article, I explain. I aim to please.

See approximately paragraph 10 of the article, where it says:

"Two mosaics inside the church — one covered with fish, an ancient Christian symbol that predates the cross — tell the story of a Roman officer and a woman named Aketous who donated money to build the church in the memory 'of the god, Jesus Christ.'"

Now, if you've read the book, you know that it makes the claim that Emperor Constantine made up the story of Christ's divinity. If you were paying attention when reading that, you'd've also noticed that Mr. Brown places Constantine in the AD 400s. Um, AD 400s is not the same as the 4th century AD.
But who cares?
So, this ancient church proves that Christ was regarded as God way before Constantine ever lived.
Dan Brown was wrong. But at least he has $$$$ and a major motion picture to show for his ignorance. Must be nice. But it doesn't last forever.
