.
The Bible 'book' is a compendium of fire side tales and fables,

recounted orally for generations by goat herders and primitive tribes from the stone age, until writing was invented,

and then again, many different sources, transliterations, and versions were copied and written down.

''The Bible was created during a time where stories were orally passed down over thousands of years.
Stories constantly morphed and changed over time, and the Bible is a collection of these.
This is why it has the nearly identical flood story from Gilgamesh, and why Jesus has the same characteristics as Dionysus, Osiris, Horus, Mithra, and Krishna.
The contradictions and immorality in the stories are not evidence that God is flawed or evil,
but rather that humans invented him, just like the thousands of other gods that we used to but no longer believe in.''

...and to answer the questions of the many fears and mysteries of our universe, like 'thunder' and earthquakes, since there was no science yet.

This is the old Testament.

The new Testes is also hearsay since these letters, gospels and stories were written by the loyal faithful, the camp followers,
not by objective historians at that particular time,
or by any contemporary writers,
and these tales were written many years after the supposed events of this mythical Jesus.

Thus, there is no verifiable evidence of a Jesus in real documented history.

Then, many of these stories, but not all, as many were not chosen,
[ There are more than just four Gospels but only these four were agreed on ],
were compiled for one self-absorbed converted Roman Emperor in his Nicean Council,
for his expressed purpose of conquest and
control of the people of Europe for his Holy Roman Empire.
He recognised that this was the perfect religion/mythology for the future domination of the populaces.

Half of the stories were ignored by the Nicean Bishops and none have been proven to be based on fact.

This Bable book is backed up by absolutely no facts and no evidence.
It is not proof for any god(s) ....(or of any jesus as a god...)

The fables are intertwined within historical places and people...
eg Egypt and the Pharaohs existed,
whereas Moses and the Exodus did not happen...!
It is a historical novel......

Only!

The Bible is proof of a book ONLY (certainly not evidence of any gods...)

So what you’re saying is, you’re a bigoted ignoramus and troll.

In the words of the late Christopher Hitchens, that which is asserted without evidence can be safely dismissed without evidence.

\\The Bible 'book' is a compendium of fire side tales and fables\\

Nah. It’s the Word of the Almighty omniscient God of the universe.

\\recounted orally for generations...Stories constantly morphed and changed over time,\\

Prove it.

\\by goat herders and primitive tribes from the stone age\\

So what? Beware of poisoning the well with the genetic fallacy.

\\until writing was invented\\

They knew how to write.

\\many different sources, transliterations, and versions were copied and written down.\\

Many different sources were written down? What does that even mean?
To what transliterations do you refer? https://www.dictionary.com/browse/transliterate
Do you mean the Greek “Xristou” as “Christ”? So what?
Versions? Do you mean translations? What’s the problem with taking the same Greek text and translating it into English for English speakers and then into Chinese for Chinese speakers?

\\This is why it has the nearly identical flood story from Gilgamesh\\

It has the nearly identical flood story because THERE WAS A WORLDWIDE FLOOD. Pretty memorable event. It’s quite reasonable to expect different cultures would write about that event that killed everyone and radically reshaped the glove.

\\Jesus has the same characteristics as Dionysus, Osiris, Horus, Mithra, and Krishna...since there was no science yet...were compiled for one self-absorbed converted Roman Emperor in his Nicean Council,\\

Tremendously and laughably ignorant statements.

\\The contradictions\\

Name one. I’ll give you five chances to prove a contradiction.

\\immorality in the stories\\

The Bible records a great deal of human behavior, so of course it will recount immorality.

\\rather that humans invented him\\

How is recording immoral acts by humans evidence that humans invented God?

\\since there was no science yet.\\

LOL - “science”
https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-39054778

\\not by objective historians at that particular time,\\

How do you know they weren’t objective but convinced by the veracity of the events themselves?

\\ these tales were written many years after the supposed events of this mythical Jesus.\\

1. God is the one who breathed out the Scripture, and His memory is perfect.
2. Are you suggesting that histories written “many years after” the events are not reliable? I expect you’ve thrown out most of your history textbooks in that case.

\\He recognised that this was the perfect religion/mythology for the future domination of the populaces.\\

LOL yeah the book in which prophet after prophet defies the ruling authorities.

\\Half of the stories were ignored by the Nicean Bishops\\

Whatever that means.

What are you using to prove a god exists...?...
Silly words from one single solitary book of fables?
....fables within a historical background is called a 'historical novel'

and still belongs in the fiction section!!!

And abortion is none of your business unless it IS actually your business! ... ie not your body - Mind your own business!

Btw - there are no gods (mention a god and you must prove that god - First!)

Here's the proof for God's existence that brainless trolls can't deal with.

abortion is none of your business unless it IS actually your business! ... ie not your body - Mind your own business!

Then why are you griping about me using my body to attempt to abolish abortion? Not your body, Brien. Mind your own business.
Hypocrite.

"Imagine there's no heaven. It's easy if you try. No hell below us. Above us only sky.
Imagine all the people living for today."
--John Lennon
"The universe seems neither benign nor hostile, merely indifferent."
--Carl Sagan
"The universe we observe has precisely the properties we should expect if there is, at bottom, no design, no purpose, no evil, no good, nothing but blind, pitiless indifference."
--Richard Dawkins
Let's imagine it together. There is no supernatural, no God, no afterlife. Your and my existence is an entirely insignificant speck in the universe. You may have personal designs and goals, to have a family, to create meaning, to make the world a better place, to discover things and learn, to love, to grow. And the universe does not care. How could it?
The universe is INDIFFERENT to your actions. The moral value of ANY action is the same as the moral value of ANY OTHER action, even that which seems to be its opposite, its negation.
Feed a homeless person? Moral value zero.
Stab a homeless person? Moral value zero.
Adopt a child into a loving home? Moral value zero.
Rape a child to death? Moral value zero.
The universe is INDIFFERENT to your actions. The significance, the meaning, of ANY action is the same as the significance or meaning of ANY OTHER action. It isn't like the serial child molester who escapes prosecution experiences any worse eternal fate than the most generous philanthropist.
Rescue a puppy scheduled to be put down at the shelter? Poison the food dishes of as many puppies as you can find? So what? Indifference. From dust you and the puppies came and to dust you and the puppies shall return.
Reduce your carbon footprint through conscientious lifestyle changes? Leave all the lights on and burn old tires and all your plastic waste in your backyard? From dust you and everyone else came and to dust you shall return.

"But we can and should make the world a better place."
Who says? So what? How do you know what is "better", since there is no design, no goal, and only indifference?

"But we can create meaning and value for ourselves."
Where is your evidence? Do you believe in magick, such that things pop into existence by the force of your wishful thinking? Are things true just because you affirm they are true? In that case, isn't Jesus Lord because I affirm that it is true He is Lord?

"But we should live as if our lives matter."
Who says? So what? You and I are stardust.
Most of us believe that we should pursue truth and, once discovered, affirm true propositions as true. Under the corrosion of this universal acid, even that intuition is seen by the objective thinker to be meaningless and without force. Who says we should believe true things? So what if we don't? The moral value of believing there is no God is the same as believing Jesus is Lord. The significance of fully funding everyone's education from kindergarten to college is the same as displaying graphic images of abortion victims outside government school buildings and boldly preaching the Gospel of Jesus the Messiah - ZERO.
Any worldview that includes atheistic propositions is literally absurd, for it contains within itself its own destruction, its own refutation.

That is merely one reason among trillions to repent of your sin, submit to Jesus Christ and be an abolitionist of human abortion.
